Update: A new report and categories of employee layoffs

You can now add a new dismissal type or choose from the ones that already exist when firing an employee.

You can view and modify a list of layoff types on the newly created Layoff Types page.

A new report on layoff types is also available.

For the convenience of users, the Archive displays the reason for dismissals.
